PHILADELPHIA -- Sister station WPVI-Action News in Philadelphia has confirmed that a bomb threat prompted authorities to move an arriving U.S. Airways plane to a remote location of Philadelphia International Airport, offload all passengers and then search the plane.
It happened before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, shortly after the plane arrived from San Diego.
Images from the Action Cam near the tarmac showed 93 passengers being led off the jet.
Philadelphia police and firefighters were called in, and K-9 dogs searched the plane.
Action News is told an initial search has turned up no evidence of explosives.
There have been no reports of injuries.
