NYPD investigating after 3 men injured in Lower East Side shooting
MANHATTAN, New York (WABC) -- An investigation is underway after three men were shot at a city-run housing complex on the Lower East Side.
The three were struck at the city-run Vladeck Houses on Jackson Street around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.
A 33-year-old was shot twice in the back, a 26-year-old was shot in the right hand and a 25-year-old was shot in the leg and head.
The victims were taken to the hospital and were listed as stable.
Three people of interest were detained and a gun was recovered at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
