4-year-old girl mauled by pit bull in New Jersey

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (WABC) -- A 4 year-old girl in New Jersey is in critical condition after being viciously attacked by two pit bulls.

The dogs mauled her Thursday night while at a babysitter's in New Brunswick.

No one could pull the dogs off the child and someone called police.

When they arrived they shot and killed the dogs.

The identity of their owner has not been released.

So far, no one has been charged.
