NEW YORK CITY (WABC) -- On this episode of "Up Close," we'll sit with a legal expert to talk about Luigi Mangione's big gamble.
He pleaded guilty federal stalking charges and admitted to killing UnitedHeatlhcare CEO Brian Thompson in Midtown.
His lawyers have turned around and asked a state judge to throw out state murder charges. They claim it's double jeopardy.
