Up Close: Navigating Trump's vaccine executive order; pied-à-terre tax setback

NEW YORK CITY (WABC) -- President Donald Trump signed an executive order that makes recommendations about the childhood vaccine schedule and says that the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine should be split into three separate shots.
For parents across the country, there's unlikely to be an immediate impact on vaccine access, and the executive order is likely to face legal challenges.
Liz Cho spoke with Dr. Elizabeth Murray, of the American Academy of Pediatrics, about the executive order and navigating the confusion.
And a judge on Staten Island granted a temporary restraining order on the pied-à-terre tax, pausing enforcement while a lawsuit brought by a group of homeowners moves forward.
The pause did not last long, however, as the city filed court papers to appeal the ruling, a move that blocks the judge's order from going into effect until there is a resolution to the appeal.
Discussing the lawsuit on Upclose is Randy Mastro, the attorney suing to stop the tax.
