MTA Hero: Alicia Wilkinson, Customer Service usher at Grand Central Terminal

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Alicia Wilkinson, a Customer Service Usher at Grand Central Terminal, is this week's MTA Hero.

Described as attentive and compassionate, Alicia is known for going above and beyond to help customers, especially customers with different accessibility needs.

She's been an usher for four years.

Alicia says her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and interacting with customers from around the world.
