NJ Transit train collides with car in Ramsey, New Jersey

RAMSEY, New Jersey (WABC) -- A NJ Transit train collided with a car at the Ramsey train station on Friday morning.

Police say the vehicle collided with the northbound train at the train station just after 5:45 a.m.

The driver is reported to have been treated for shoulder pain. The car has been towed away from the scene.

Two southbound trains on the Main-Bergen County Line are delayed about 30 minutes each.
