Car crash sends bus careening into apartment building in Bay Ridge
BROOKLYN, New York (WABC) -- A bus crashed into the side of an apartment building in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
A 26-year-old driving a Honda Accord southbound on Ridge Boulevard collided with MTA bus westbound on Bay Ridge Avenue just after 1:30 a.m.
The force of the collision sent the bus careening onto the curb and into the side of the apartment building.
The driver of the Honda Accord went to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn and was said to be stable with minor injuries.
The bus driver was not injured and no passengers appeared to be on the bus at the time.
The cause of the crash is under investigation
