Police: Man strangles 7-year-old boy, knocks down 5-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy in Brooklyn

RED HOOK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man who they say strangled a 7-year-old boy in Brooklyn.

The man is also accused of knocking a 5-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy to the ground during the encounter.

It happened last Monday inside Bush-Clinton Park in the Red Hook recreation area.

The 7-year-old was left with bruising and pain on his neck.

Police have not said what preceded the attack.
