Father charged after allegedly beating 2-year-old son who is on life support

QUEENS (WABC) -- A father in Queens has been arrested after he allegedly sent his two-year-old son to the hospital in critical condition, officials said.
Police said 30-year-old Dayvon Morrison is charged with two counts of assault for allegedly beating his two-year-old son.
The boy is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries and is on life support.
No other details were released.
