Zach Braff, Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke all return when the new season premieres Sept. 30 on ABC

LOS ANGELES -- The countdown is on!
Ahead of the series' return later this month, "Scrubs" has revealed its Season 2 teaser art and new promo spot, both inspired by the board game Operation.
The two-episode premiere of the "Scrubs" revival airs Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 8/7c on ABC and streams the next day on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
The new promo spot features main stars Zach Braff, Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke stepping back into their iconic roles to recreate the classic board game.
In the spot, Turk and Elliot hover over an operating table with J.D., whose body features funny ailment spots like a "head in the clouds" zone, an "I <3 Turk" heart, an "appletini a day" spot and a "funny bone."
When Turk admires the heart and shares a sweet moment with J.D., Elliot quickly interrupts to take over. As Turk protests that she is trying to "kill the bromance," the two doctors start playfully bickering and tossing medical supplies right over a helpless J.D., leading to a chaotic ending.
What can fans expect from Season 2 of the "Scrubs" revival? J.D., Turk and Elliot go from interns to icons at Sacred Heart. Now seasoned doctors, they mentor the next generation while balancing hospital life, bringing plenty of laughs and surprises alongside familiar and new faces.
Watch Season 2 of "Scrubs" Sept. 30 at 8/7c on ABC and stream it the next day on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of ABC, Hulu, Disney+ and this ABC station.
