Police released video of a man wanted for two robberies in the Bronx.

SOUNDVIEW, The Bronx (WABC) -- Police have released new video of a man linked to two robberies of women in the Bronx.

The victims are 72 and 92 years old.

The first happened last Dec. 12 when he stole a woman's purse inside her Soundview apartment building.

Then Sunday he targeted 92-year-old Hortencia Rodriguez as she went to church, knocking her to the ground as he took off with her purse.

The great-grandmother of five said the thief got away with about $40 in cash, another $25 she was about to give to the church, her ID and her Social Security card.

"Scared, very scared, because that was the first time in 70 years I live in this country," she said. "The first time."

The suspect was seen fleeing southbound on Stratford Avenue towards East 172 Street.

The NYPD issued the following description:

Male, black, 180lbs to 200lbs, 5'7" to 5'10", 28 to 35 years-old, seen wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and a hoodie.

Anyone with information in regards to these incidents is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
