The 2024 MLB playoff field is -- finally -- set!

New York and Atlanta take the final two spots in the National League, where the Los Angeles Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies have the top seeds, followed by the Milwaukee Brewers and San Diego Padres. In the American League, the New York Yankees and Cleveland Guardians have the top seeds, with the Baltimore Orioles, Houston Astros, Detroit Tigers and Kansas City Royals joining them.

The Brewers clinched the season's first playoff spot, when theysecured the NL Central crownfor the third time in four seasons.
