Former Green Bay Packers guard Jon Runyan has agreed to a three-year, $30 million deal with the New York Giants, agents Drew Rosenhaus and Kyle Lincoln told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday.

The deal includes $17 million guaranteed at signing.

The Giants also addressed their need at offensive tackle, agreeing to a deal with Jermaine Eluemunor, who is expected to sign a two-year, $14 million contract, agent David Mulugheta told Schefter.

Runyan, 26, became a full-time starter for the Packers in 2021 and has started 50 of the past 51 regular-season games since. He started all 17 games at right guard in 2023 after playing primarily left guard.

His playing time, however, was reduced in the second half of last season as the Packers prepared 2022 third-round pick Sean Rhyan to take over. Runyan and Rhyan split snaps late in the season.

The son of former NFL offensive tackle Jon Runyan Sr., Jon Jr. was a sixth-round pick out of Michigan in 2020.

Eluemunor transformed himself from a swing offensive lineman when he signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2021 to a cornerstone tackle for the franchise in 2023.

The 6-foot-4, 330-pounder played in all 17 games last season, starting 12 games at right tackle and two at left tackle, under a one-year contract with a $1.857 million base salary.

After having a rough game in Week 4 at the Los Angeles Chargers, when Khalil Mack had six of his 17 sacks -- Eluemunor was charged with surrendering three of the sacks -- he responded by helping shut Mack out in a Week 15 rematch.

Eluemunor had an 87.9% pass block win rate at tackle, per ESPN Stats & Information data, and was charged with giving up nine sacks on the season. Eluemunor had a 73.7% run block win rate. He was flagged for a combined 10 false starts the past two seasons.

Eluemunor, 29, a native of England who played his college ball at Texas A&M, was also the recipient of the Raiders' Craig Long Award, which is presented by local reporters to the player who "best exemplifies professionalism and collaboration with the media at large."

Drafted in the fifth round by the Baltimore Ravens in 2017, Eluemunor also has experience playing guard in his career, during which he has played in 87 games, with 45 starts.
