Caris LeVert will be back in the Brooklyn Nets' lineup for Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls.

"He's in tomorrow," Nets coach Kenny Atkinson said Thursday.

Levert, 24, has been out since suffering a subtalar dislocation of his right foot in a game against Minnesota on Nov. 12. Though the injury looked similar to that of Boston Celtics forward Gordon Hayward, LeVert was able to avoid surgery.

A 6-foot-7 shooting guard, LeVert had appeared to be on his way to an All-Star season for the Nets, averaging 18.4 points and showing the promise of one of the conference's rising stars. The Nets are 29-27 and holding on to sixth in the Eastern Conference race and expect to get back guard Spencer Dinwiddie from a thumb injury in late February or early March.

LeVert was the 20th overall pick in the 2016 draft.
