O's Hays, Angels' Ward, Astros' Dubón win arbitration cases

Baltimore's Austin Hays and Jacob Webb, the Angels' Taylor Ward, Houston's Mauricio Dubón and the Mets' Phil Bickford won their salary arbitration cases on Tuesday, giving players a 5-2 advantage with 11 cases still pending.
