Yankees' CC Sabathia appealing 5-game ban handed down for throwing at Tampa's Jesus Sucre

MLB has suspended Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia for five games and Rays pitcher Andrew Kittredge three games for throwing at opposing players on Thursday. Sabathia is appealing his suspension.
