In an Eyewitness News health alert, you can fight your big belly with whole grains.According to a new study, people who ate more food with whole grains, like oatmeal, granola, and some breakfast cereals, lost more fat around the middle.

They also cut their levels of a protein linked to heart attacks and strokes.
