Dozens injured during Wrestlemania

Fireworks malfunction is to blame
ORLANDO Fans had packed the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium for the event Sunday night.

Fire Department spokesman Greg Hoggatt says a cable holding the fireworks collapsed at the end of the show, sending hot embers from the fireworks into the crowd.

He said there were burn injuries "up and down the stadium."

Officials said all the injuries were minor, although at least three people were taken to a hospital for treatment.

There was no comment Monday from the sponsoring WWE. The public relations office phone at WWE corporate headquarters was busy. Stadium officials said they had no comment.
