Police: NY party bus driver let teens drink

HAMPTON BAYS East Hampton police said Friday a 17-year-old boy fell 10 feet onto a roadway in Montauk on March 14. He was in the hospital two days.

Police say an investigation found the driver knew there was alcohol on the bus and allowed the teens to drink.

Police Chief Todd Sarris says the teenagers have not been charged. A 24-year-old man who may have bought alcohol for the teens is still being sought.
