Man accused of threatening Bloomy, Kelly

NEW YORK Jeffrey Fisher was charged with 10 counts of making a terroristic threat. He was held on $100,000 bail following his Saturday arraignment in criminal court in Lower Manhattan.

He phoned in the threats from various pay phones around Manhattan, according to police. They started on May 12, when he made three threatening calls in eight minutes. The last call was reportedly made last Thursday.

Fisher's next court appearance is scheduled for Thursday.
