Her boyfriend, 27-year-old Ahmed N. Thakur is charged wtih three counts of Child Endangerment.
Bianca Young and Thakur, who is not the father of the child, rushed the little girl to /*University Hospital*/ around 11 p.m.
She was pronounced dead soon after arriving at the hospital.
An autopsy performed on the child determined she died from blunt impact injuries.
The death was ruled a homicide by the Medical Examiner.
The preliminary investigation indicates the child was struck and sustained injuries that caused internal bleeding.
The Division of Youth and Family Services has taken custody of another child, a 4-year-old daughter.
The mother is currently pregnant with a third child.
In addition to the murder charge, police charged Bianca Young Wednesday with three counts of Child Endangerment.
