Friday marks the last graduation ceremony for a well-known Catholic boys high school in Harlem.

Rice High School will close its doors next month after opening 73 years go.

It's been recognized for decades for its academics and for its top-notch basketball program, but enrollment has dropped by 44 percent since 2003.

Also, the school's endowment is down from $3 million a decade ago to just $160,000.

There are 68 seniors in this year's graduation class, and of them have been accepted to college.

Among the famous graduates is Kemba Walker, who led UConn to a national basketball championship this year.
