Here is a recipe they suggest for this weekend.
Artichoke and Brie Dip
Ingredients:
12 oz artichokes, drained and chopped
1 cup Brie cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Method:
Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream and Worcester sauce together until well blended.
Add Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and blend.
Add Brie and mix well.
Add salt and pepper.
Put in baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm with toasted rustic garlic bread.
