It happened on Wednesday, February 8th at 12:25 p.m. on a northbound number 4 train at the 149 St. and Grand Concourse Subway Station in the /*Mott Haven*/ section.
The suspect exposed himself to a woman and to other passengers on the train.
He then got off the train and ran away.
The suspect is a Hispanic man, age 30-40, 5'7"-5'9", 175-190 lbs, with a shaved head.
