Police say a man inside a building on 68th Street in the Glendale section of Queens killed himself.
It all started around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
Police say the suspect fired one shot at them from a second floor window.
Nobody was hit and police did not return fire.
Police were trying to talk to the man and were putting a camera in the apartment.
But they found him dead in the bathtub with a single gunshot wound to the head.
