Malikh Nelson is a kindergartener at Lefferts Gardens Charter School. Last week, he was allegedly left unattended and wandered out a side door to look for his bus matron.
A total stranger found Malikh and walked him 11 blocks to his home. Meanwhile, his mother was panicked.
Malikh's mother is now suing New York City and the Department of Education for $5.5 million.
