13 people injured in apartment building fire in Brooklyn
FDNY officials say 13 people, including two firefighters and 11 civilians, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

SUNSET PARK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- More than a dozen people, including two firefighters, were injured in an apartment building fire in Sunset Park, Brooklyn on Tuesday, according to officials.

Firefighters responded to 881 Fifth Ave. between 38th and 39th streets just after 8:30 p.m. for a report of a fire.

FDNY officials say heavy fire was found on the second floor of the four-story building.

They say 13 people, including two firefighters and 11 civilians, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The fire was placed under control just after 9:20 p.m.

There's no word yet on the cause of the fire.
