Weingarten, who is a member of of the Satmar sect, was arrested by FBI agents.
He could face life in prison if convicted.
Weingarten, who claims to be a rabbi, is accused of sexually abusing with his daughter more than a decade ago. She is now over 18.
He is also accused to traveling abroad, to Belgium and Israel, to have sex with minors.
