The crime happened Tuesday at 2:40 in the afternoon at Utica Avenue and Eastern Parkway.
According to investigators, the three suspects became involved in an altercation with the victim, a 30-year-old African-American man.
At least one of the suspects produced a razor and slashed the victim across the chest and arm causing a serious physical injury.
