Joseph Bariso is accused of shooting his grandmother Olga Bariso multiple times early Sunday morning as she slept on the living room couch.
Olga Bariso remains in critical condition at Hackensack University Medical Center.
The grandson was picked up while walking in Rutherford.
He will be arraigned on Tuesday.
Bariso is being held on $2 million bail. ___
