Brooklyn police shot at while patrolling Bayview Houses

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police are investigating after someone fire shots at officers patrolling a roof of a building in Brooklyn.

Three police officers were patrolling the Bayview Houses on East 102nd around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday when they heard a gunshot from an adjacent rooftop.

The officers took cover, but three additional gunshots were fired.

No one was injured. The police did not return fire.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made
