FLATIRON (WABC) -- Furious neighbors call it the drunkest brunch spot in New York.
A lounge in Manhattan and one neighbor documenting the debauchery outside the club on video.
Young people are seen getting drunk, getting sick, and getting wild in the middle of the day.
It's the video that's sparked outrage in the Flatiron District; men and women staggering away from Pranna Restaurant at Madison Avenue and East 28th Street.
Some were seen falling into murky puddles of water, while others urinate and vomit on the street.
This after the popular bottomless-brunch, an all you can drink session for 45 bucks on the weekends.
"There are so many fights. The number of fights is incredible. We call the police," said Ted Jakeman, a resident, "I just don't understand how you could serve so much alcohol to people. It's just not responsible. It's just not a good neighbor. The sidewalks are completely dirty of cigarette butts, vomit, all kinds of garbage."
Residents and the Community Board grilled the restaurants' owners, pushing to advise the state liquor authority to revoke their license.
"This was our dream restaurant," said Payal Sharma, restaurant owner.
Rajiv and Payal Sharma question the timing of the anonymously released video; it comes just two days before their scheduled review.
"When I saw that video I was so saddened," Rajiv Sharma said, "Yes, I was very disturbed. We have three kids of our own. We consider every patron to be our family. We want them to be safe. The fact is, if we lose our liquor license we can't survive. Me and my family can't survive."
The Community Board decided to give Pranna three months to get its act together, saying if they see any more problems they'll be forced to ask the State Liquor Authority to take action.
