The Walt Disney Company Community Watch Program

The Walt Disney Company embraces their Community Watch program, developed to educate, inform and instill a, "See Something, Say Something" mindset. The program encourages employees to be aware of their surroundings within and outside of the workplace. Disney and its respective companies (ABC, ESPN, Marvel, etc.) strive for employee awareness, safety and the identification and notification of suspicious persons or threatening situations.

The company employs people who work and reside on the Upper West Side within the confines of the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District. The company adds to the overall safety of this neighborhood by employee awareness. Neighbors helping neighbors!
