Man accused of driving drunk on Long Island with 2-year old daughter in car

RIVERHEAD (WABC) -- A 29-year old man on Long Island is accused of driving drunk with his toddler in the car.

Police say Sergio Vidales Valle showed signs of intoxication Saturday at a checkpoint in Riverhead.

According to investigators, he had his 2-year old daughter in the car at the time, along with his wife.

Vidales Valle is facing felony DWI and felony aggravated DWI charges along with several traffic infractions.

His wife and daughter were transported to their home.
