EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police in Brooklyn have in custody a man accused of grabbing and then flashing a young girl while she was walking to school Tuesday morning.
Police said he approached an 11-year-old girl near Elton Street and Pitkin Avenue in East New York as she walked to school with her brother and grabbed her arm while exposing himself.
They both screamed and he ran away. They were not injured.
A suspect, who police have not identified, was taken into custody by police overnight Tuesday.
