NEW YORK (WABC) -- If you haven't had the chance to check out one of Broadway hit Hamilton's live #Ham4Ham lotteries, Wednesday could be your final chance.
In a series of tweets on the musical's Twitter account on Tuesday, the show abruptly announced that for the time being, the weekly Wednesday matinee #Ham4Ham performances will come to an end after August 31st.
Since they officially began on July 15th, 2015, hundreds of people would flock to the Richard Rodgers Theatre on 47th Street every Wednesday at noon for the chance to win one of the matinee show's 21 tickets that are sold for only $10.
In addition to pressing their luck, the people that showed up outside the theater would be treated to a special performance from various actors in the show, along with occasional special guests.
The $10 ticket online lottery will continue for every performance, with the #Ham4Ham performances possibly returning at a later point in time.
