MOUNT KISCO, New York (WABC) -- The patients of a Westchester County doctor are being warned by health officials about potential exposure to one of several diseases.

On his own website, Dr. Timothy Morley says "People don't grow old. They become old when they stop growing."

His practice, called Tomorrow Medicine, promises help with weight loss and hormonal imbalance. But there won't be any medical treatments there on Tuesday.

His offices in Mount Kisco and White Plains were ordered to stop seeing patients immediately.

"Glad I was not his patient," one resident said.

According to the county Health Department, four of Dr. Morley's patients contracted Hepatitis C. Three of them are from Westchester County and one is from Dutchess County.

The top doctor in Westchester is now urging all of Dr. Morley's patients to get tested.

"I strongly encourage any of Dr. Timothy Morley's patients who have received an intravenous infusion or a blood draw to get tested for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV," Health Commissioner Dr. Sherlita Amler said.

It's not clear how many patients have been to these offices over the years. The state Health Department is now pursuing charges against the doctor.

Eyewitness News reached out to Dr. Morley's office for comment, but has not heard back.
