Woman who walked out of Bronx nursing home found safe in Penn Station

NEW YORK -- Another happy ending to a missing persons case in the Bronx.

A 96 year old woman who vanished after walking out of a nursing home earlier this month has been found safe.

Jessie Thompson, who suffers from dementia was found at Penn Station over the weekend by Amtrak workers.
