NEW YORK (WABC) -- There are calls for stricter gun control laws from New York's junior U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.
As a congresswoman from rural upstate New York, Gillibrand was given an "A" by the National Rifle Association.
These days, she gets an "F."
Monday's proposal to make gun trafficking a federal crime will not improve that NRA rating.
