Suffolk County Police have arrested a homeless man who allegedly kidnapped his girlfriend's two-year-old son from her home in Commack on Saturday

COMMACK, Long Island (WABC) -- Suffolk County Police have arrested a homeless man who allegedly kidnapped his girlfriend's two-year-old son from her home in Commack on Saturday.

Sherman Roberts Jr., 36, is facing several charges, including kidnapping and drug possession.

Police say they found the child with Roberts on Sunday, unharmed, hours after his mother reported him missing.
