Arthur, cat that stopped subways in 2013, missing

PROSPECT HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Arthur, one of the two cats that shut down the B and Q subway lines in Brooklyn in 2013, has run away from his new home in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

The feline fled on Nov. 20, jumping out a window left open by a sitter when owners Keith Lubeley and Katherine Lynn were out of the country.

The couple has been searching for the cat ever since, putting up flyers and setting traps. There have been some sightings near Saint Marks and Carlton Avenue.

The most recent sighting was Sunday.

Arthur's sister, August, is taking his absence especially hard, said his adopted cat mother. In August 2013, the kittens forced the MTA to stop Q and B trains for more than two hours until they could be rescued from the tracks
