Relatives of missing Staten Island father reaching out to public for help

DONGAN HILLS -- Relatives of a missing Staten Island man are reaching out to the public for help.

63-year-old John Kambakakis was last seen Wednesday morning at a 7-Eleven near his Cromwell Avenue home in Dongan Hills.

His daughters say he is known to take walks around the neighborhood but has never disappeared before.

The NYPD says a missing persons report has been filed, and officers are helping with the search.

Kambakakis has dark salt and pepper hair, is 5'5'" and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes and speaks with a Greek accent.
