WAYNE, N.J. (WABC) -- There's more legal trouble for a substitute teacher in Passaic County.
Authorities have accused 21-year-old Linda Hardan of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old eighth-grader at a Haledon school.
Harden is due in court Tuesday to face aggravated assault, sexual assault and child endangerment charges.
She was arrested two weeks ago on charges she sexually assaulted a 16-year-old Manchester Regional High School student. She also was accused of texting sexually explicit photos to another 16-year-old student.
Hardin's attorney, Aymen Aboushi, told The Record newspaper he'll be entering a not guilty plea.
Manchester Regional High School serves students from Haledon, North Haledon and Prospect Park.
