PATH service on the Hoboken-33rd Street and Hoboken-World Trade Center lines has resumed.

There will be heavy residual delays.
Workers repaired a broken rail at the Hoboken interlocking, right outside the station. The break was discovered at around 7:45 a.m.

PATH originally said the delay was due to a signal problem.

The PATH Hoboken station serves tens of thousands of commuters daily.
