7 firefighters hurt battling fire in West Village
Joe Torres has the latest details.

WEST VILLAGE, Manhattan (WABC) -- Seven firefighters were injured fighting a fire near the Pride March route, the FDNY reports.

The fire broke out just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday on 615 Hudson Street near West 12th Street.

Two firefighters have serious injuries, and five firefighters have minor injuries.

The fire took over two hours to be placed under control.
