Giants player does not face charges in alleged assault at Midtown hotel, NYPD says

NEW YORK (WABC) -- The NYPD says New York Giants player Jay Bromley is not facing charges in an alleged assault.

A 26-year-old Brooklyn prostitute claims she met Bromley on Instagram and went to a hotel with him in Midtown Manhattan.

She claims the two got into an altercation after she refused to have sex with him.

She jumped onto his car hood to stop him from driving away, but he reportedly kept driving and she fell off the car.

She was taken to the hospital with leg injuries.

Police say they are investigating the woman's story.
