TIMES SQUARE, Manhattan (WABC) -- A man dressed as the Incredible Hulk was arrested in Times Square Sunday for allegedly demanding cash from tourists, and he's not unfamiliar with police.

The NYPD said 26-year-old Junior Bishop was caught taking pictures with tourist and insisting that they give him money. It happened at about 3:30 p.m.

Bishop has been charged with obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

Bishop was previously arrested in July 2014, when he was dressed as Spider Man and allegedly punched a police officer. That incident caused police to step up patrols in Times Square
