NEW YORK (WABC) -- The NYPD says a shot was fired by a police officer responding to a dispute in Manhattan early Sunday morning.
It happened at about 3:20 a.m. under the FDR Drive at East 23rd Street.
Investigators say an officer fired a shot during a dispute among a crowd that just exited a tour boat.
Two people were arrested. One officer was injured.
It is unclear whether the officer's shot was intentional or an accidental discharge.
