Raw Video: Fire tears through home, boat in Seaford

SEAFORD (WABC) -- Massive flames devoured a home and a boat on Long Island late Thursday night.

The flames broke out around 9:30 p.m. at a home on South Street in Seaford.

The house was fully engulfed when responders arrived at the scene shorter thereafter.

A boat docked behind the house also caught on fire and started sailing across a nearby canal with flames flaring from the vessel.

No one was hurt.

The Nassau County Arson Squad and fire marshals were at the scene, and the Red Cross was notified.

The cause is under investigation.
